Environmental Policy

Evercompounds has decided to adopt its own Environmental Policy as a fundamental element for its development and presence on the market.

This Policy is based on the following points:

• The Company is committed to involving internal and external employees in relevant environmental issues, and to making them play, in particular, an active role in monitoring and curtailing their environmental footprint.
• The Company is committed to continuously monitoring and reducing all the effects of its activities on the environment through planning with a view to reducing energy consumption, waste and emissions.
• The Company is committed to assessing in advance the environmental effects of new processes and products, through design, research and development, with a view to reducing energy consumption, waste and emissions.
• The Company is committed to preventing and avoiding environmental pollution with the best available techniques, or reducing it to the extent that this is economically justifiable, by:
  • assessing and monitoring noise levels,
  • minimizing the release of pollutants into air, water and soil,
  • monitoring energy and natural resources consumption,
  • reducing risks related to the release of dangerous substances into the environment,
  • reducing waste production and promoting recovery, re-use and recycling,
  • preserving the natural habitats on its site.
• The Company affirms its commitment to take care of all our natural resources.
• The Company is committed to avoiding environmental-impact accidents and limiting any consequences.
• The Company is committed to complying with the environmental laws and regulations in force, checking them regularly and anticipating new developments.
• The Company is committed to the implementation of an organizational model with a view to the assimilation of Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, as supplemented by Legislative Decree no. 121/2011.
• The Company is committed to maintaining a constant dialogue with the municipal administration of Fusignano through sharing of its intents regarding significant decisions and the assessment of any findings and requests.

Evercompounds is committed to the continuous and increasing integration of the Environmental Management System into the Company's internal organization and to continuously improving its environmental performance. To this end, Evercompounds has adopted methods to monitor and audit its Environmental Management System.
